How I became an Atlanta Photographer
i survived by taking pictures…
Back in Russia, my grandmother bought the cheapest camera she could find to take photos of me. But while she pointed it at me, I kept turning it around—photographing the world instead. Landscapes. My cat. Strangers. Life, the way I saw it. She passed when I was 14. At 16, I moved to the U.S. with my dad. Then he passed too. I was 26. And just like that, the last piece of “home” disappeared.
Photography saved me. It gave me purpose when everything else felt hollow. I bought my first professional camera with the small inheritance I was left—and that same month, I brought home my dog, Luchik. Both have been with me through everything.
Now, as a photographer, this isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. My camera is how I connect, how I heal, and how I help others hold onto what truly matters.

I'm based in Atlanta, but I’ll travel wherever your heart leads—no extra travel fees (for some of my packages), just pure dedication to your vision.
